At Red Dirt Roots Productions we believe that every story deserves to be told. Agriculture is the basis of our society but all too often these stories are overlooked. We are a passionate team of filmmakers, storytellers, and creatives that specialize in producing high-quality video and film content for agricultural based businesses. Our mission is to help our clients connect with their audience on a deeper level through compelling storytelling and stunning visuals.

An Executive Chef will give insight into the culinary value of the products and introduce viewers of Tenacious Roots to a harvest bounty of culinary delights that celebrate the farmer’s product(s).

Faven Feye
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ms. Feye, a fifth-generation farmer, founded Red Dirt Roots Productions, Inc in 2022. She recognized the need for farmers, especially multi-generational family farmers, to tell their stories. Ms. Feye capitalized on her years of corporate and government management expertise to structure the successful business model for Red Dirt Roots Productions. She is responsible for developing corporate strategies and corresponding objectives, leading and motivating high performing executive teams, and ensuring all business activities are aligned with the company mission. Ms. Feye is positioning the company to be the industry leader in utilizing all forms of artistic media to help farmers tell their stories, maximize their income, expand market share, and build their brands.
Ms. Feye is a graduate of the prestigious Hampton University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She earned her Master of Human Resources from Bowie State University. She is an active member of her community volunteering at the local animal shelter and working with special needs children. She is the proud mom of a US Navy Sailor. Go Navy! Beat Army!

Evan Queen
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Mr. Queen, a former field technician on the family farm, joined Red Dirt Roots Productions, Inc in 2022. He is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within the organization. Mr. Queen works with the executive team to devise strategies to meet the organization's objectives, reports on the performance of the various departments, and identifies process improvement opportunities. He is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr. Queen continues to follow his passion assuming the role of “family historian” capturing events and milestones for local families through photography and video.

Barbara Silver
CORPORATE COUNSEL
Ms. Silver is responsible for all legal affairs, contracts, and intellectual property. Additionally, Ms. Silver is the Director of Human Resources. Ms. Silver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from NC A&T State University and a Juris Doctorate from NC Central University. She is admitted to the NC State Bar, the NY State Bar, and OH State Bar Associations. She is active in her community and local church. Ms. Silver is an accomplished Martial Artist and is working towards her next belt in Krav Maga.
